Fairfax County seeks to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract or contracts through competitive negotiation for the provision of lunches to the Herndon Senior Center (“Senior Center”) and breakfast, lunch and snacks to the adjacent Herndon Adult Day Health Center (“ADHC”), along with other like sites that may be added to the contract for within scope services for the County of Fairfax, Virginia.
