This is a solicitation notice for non-personal services to provide all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services and materials for the preparation of personal property of Department of Defense personnel for shipment and/ or storage and related services through the Direct Procurement Method (DPM) for Schedules III. The Government is anticipating awarding two Firm Fixed Price (FFP) multiple award contracts, with a base period of 1 May 2012 through 31 December 2012 with two (1) one-year option(s). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 488991 and the business size standard is $25.5 Million. This acquisition is being issued as 100% total small business set aside. Wage Determination No. 1996-0260, Revision 27, dated 13 June 2011, Wage Determination No. 1998-0156, Revision 24, dated 13 June 2011, Wage Determination No. 1996-0135, Revision, 26, dated 13 June 2011 applies to this requirement.
