The USDA Forest Service (FS), East Zone, has an anticipated requirement to provide materials, labor, equipment, and expertise to complete the replacement of an existing 18-foot-wide by 22.3-foot-span by 7.3-foot-rise concrete bridge with wingwalls over North Branch Stutt's Creek with a new 18-foot-wide by 36-foot-span by 5.7-foot-rise timber clear span bridge with wingwalls. Excavate 12 cubic yards below the Ordinary High Water Mark (OHWM) of the stream to install footings, and backfill with 51 cubic yards of riprap below OHWM. Complete an equal cut and fill of 50 cubic yards of riprap between the OHWM and 100-year floodplain elevation. Complete 18 cubic yards of excavation, and place 51 cubic yards of riprap backfill within the adjacent shrub-scrub wetland; within a total area of 550 square feet.
