Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Price Requirements supply contract for the remanufacture of High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle (HMMWV) Engine, Transmission, Transfer Case and Differential Assemblies (“powerpacks”) at Letterkenny Army Depot. A statement of work will be provided with the solicitation. The ordering period of this contract will include one (1) base year and four (4) ordering periods. The procurement will be a Total 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The 2023 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 336350 – Motor Vehicle Transmission and Power Train Parts Manufacturing, the Product Service Code (PSC) is 2520 – Vehicular Power Transmission Components, and the size standard is 1,500 employees. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA 17201-4150. Solicitation number W911N2-23-R-0012 will be released on or about 13 September 2023, with a closing date on or about 27 September 2023. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation.
