The US Army Contracting Command NJ on behalf of the US Army Armament Research Development and Engineering Center (ARDEC), Demilitarization and Environmental Technology Division (DETD), EOD, Demil & Experimentation Directorate, Munitions Engineering Technology Center (METC) at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000, is seeking sources for a High Pressure Ion Pressure Chromatography (HPIC). The High Pressure Ion Chromatography (HPIC) System ICS-5000+ being purchased shall enable the Division to measure cation and anion concentrations present in a solution.


Required Characteristics:

The Contractor shall provide a quantity of one (1) high pressure, dual channel and reagent free ion chromatography system that includes all required accessories. Detailed specifications and performance requirements for the ion chromatography system are provided below.

Potential vendors shall provide quotations for the high pressure, dual channel and reagent free ion chromatography system, with all accessories required. Any quotations shall include all optional add-ons as well as extended warranties for the chromatography system.

1. Dual Pump - Analytical Isocratic and Gradient with Degas
a. Type: In Series Dual-piston, Microprocessor Controlled, Constant Stroke, Variable Speed, Isokinetic Eluent Precompression, no Pulse Damper
b. Flow Rate Range: 0.000 to 10.000 mL/min; Settable Flow Increments at 0.001 mL/min

• The contractor/vendor shall be capable of providing equipment that meets the "Threshold" requirement stated earlier, and should provide information on their ability to meet the "Objective" requirements above.
