The last amendment extended the solicitation posting plus corrected the "P" to an "R". This amendment will give the posting web site. The solicitation will appear on the NAVAIR homepage located at http://www.naviar.navy.mil. Select "Doing Business With Us", and then "Open Solicitations". The solicitation will be under the N68335-09-P-0228 number but provide your proposals with the N68335-09-R-0228 number. This requirement is changed to Full and Open Competition. It is no longer 100% Set Aside for Small Business.
