The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals as required by the plans (Drawing Number 21-06A, Sheets 1-6), Specifications, and Contract Documents. The general items of work include installation of a prefabricated counterbalanced stair assembly cantilevered over an existing reinforced concrete wall and associated work, including but not limited to asphalt concrete pavement sawcutting and removal, associated concrete footing and paving, replacement removal of portions of the existing chain link fence that are in conflict with the improvements, with installation of two new fence posts and chains across the resultant opening, removal of portions of the existing CMU block wall that are in conflict with the improvements, installation of a concrete support structure, pad, landing, concrete stairs, steel support structure, reinforcement, excavation, subgrade preparation, and protection of existing improvements to remain, and related work, per specifications.
