The Regional Health Contracting Office - Central intends to issue a sole-source contract to Hill Rom Inc to provide service maintenance for the NaviCare Nurses Call System located at Evans Army Community Hospital, Fort Carson, CO.

The sole-source contract will have a final date of 14 Sep 2020; Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clause 52.217-9, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract and 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, will also be included in the contract to be used if necessary. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 811219 and the Federal Supply Code (FSC) is JO65. The SBA size standard is $22M.

The solicitation number is to be determined, however the tracking number is 0011380379 and is generated for the purposes of posting this notice of intent. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. All responses received, to include capability statements, by 10:00 AM MST on 22 Aug 2019 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete the interim purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
