The Regional Health Contracting Office - Atlantic, Gordon Health Contracting Cell, Fort Gordon, Georgia intends to issue a purchase order pursuant to the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(i) on a sole source basis to Depuy Synthes, Inc. dba Depuy Synthes Joint Reconstruction, Warsaw, IN for various Summit and Pinnacle hip implants and instrumentation consisting of the following items:

Pinnacle cancellous bone screw(s) - 2 Each
Pinnacle multi hole with gripton - 1 Each
Altrx +4 neut - 1 Each
Articuleze M femoral head - 1 Each
Summit duofix tap - 1 Each
Freight charge - 1 Each

This action will be conducted IAW FAR 12 and 13. This notice is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested firms must identify their interest and provide documentation demonstrating their capability (include detailed technical information and other technical literature) demonstrating the ability to meet the above requirements by e-mailing the Contracting Officer at [email protected] no later than 27 June 2017, 12:00 PM Eastern Standard time. Any information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government reserves the right not to compete the proposed purchase order based on responses received to this notice. This item may be awarded without further notice
