Work of this proposed Contract comprises of the partial demolition and construction of a new HISD Arena & Multi-Use Building at the existing Scheh Center Campus which includes general construction, structural, and Mechanical & electrical & Plumbing Work. Scope also includes improvements/relocation of infrastructure, utilities, and misc. site work.
