Description of service: The contractor shall do general cleaning, non-catastrophic failure repair, diagnostic testing replacement and/or repair of parts as identified on the HEAT system. Work will be at the 736 Commando Warrior at Northwest Field, AAFB, Guam. The expedited work to be performed is outlined in the attached preliminary Performance Work Statement (PWS).
The 36th Contracting Squadron (36 CONS/LGCB) is seeking information to identify sources to meet this requirement. If your firm is interested in participating, provide the following:

1. A capability statement demonstrating your firms expertise and ability to perform these services
2. A recommended approach to satisfy the requirement (such as schedule, equipment inventory list, price schedules if applicable, vendor agreements, etc.).

The anticipated acquisition type is a firm fixed price service contract.

The NAICS for this project is expected to be 811111 with a $7 million size standard. It is anticipated this procurement will be set aside for small businesses.

This survey is to determine the capability of potential sources and the availability of commercial sources and services pursuant to FAR Part 10.
