SYNOPSIS

Services Non-Personal:

The Air Force intends to make an award on a competitive basic for the following service: provide a series of academically accredited certificate based graduate level Homeland Defense Courses. The service consists of a series of four (4) different courses per year that leads to an academic certificate upon completion of all four courses; to be conducted no less than 33% of the time in residence on Peterson AFB, CO.

The successful contractor shall provide all labor, academic materials, and tools to perform the work in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The solicitation, FA2517-09-T-6112, will be available on or about 26 August 2009.

The solicitation will be distributed solely through the Federal Business Opportunity (FBO) web site http://www.fbo.gov/. This requirement will be accessible to those companies deemed eligible by the information they provided when they register with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) web site http://www.ccr.gov/ and the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) web site http://bpn.gov/.

Hard copies of the solicitation will NOT be available. The Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this solicitation, including any amendments and other general information, will also be distributed solely through this site.

The anticipated award will be a Firm Fixed Priced contract with a base award plus four (4) option years.
