The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, transportation, permits, licenses, supervision to successfully complete grass cutting, blowing, and weed trimming for an estimated 49.0 acres in the Okhissa Lake recreation at least 5 times a year and a one time cut at the emergency overflow area of 47.4 acres to maintain grass height.
