The Air Force anticipates a sole source award to the University of New Mexico for four five-day Honors Camp with 54 ROTC Cadets for each camp for a combined total of two hundred sixteen ROTC Cadets. Services consist of lodging, meals, and local transportation. This is a Sole Source procurement, synopsis published for informational purposes only. No solicitation documents will be issued or made available as a result of this notice. This proposed contract action is for procurement of an item for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 USC 2304©(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii). "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements," FAR 13.106-1. The proposed source is University of New Mexico, 1700 Lomas Blvd, NE Ste 2200, Albuquerque, NM 87131-0001. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all quotations/responses received within five (5) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
