This is not a Request for Proposals and there is no solicitation available. The proposed contract action is for products or services for which the City of Denton intends to negotiate and award with only one source under the authority of the City’s Procurement Policy Section 4.10 and State of Texas Chapter 252.022. The City intends to enter into a Sole Source Contract with Midwest Tape Inc for digital library content. Any responses received as a result of this Notice of Intent shall be considered solely to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses will not be considered proposals, bids, or quotes.
