The Subscription provides IRS employees with a tool to conduct research, using North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes, on thousands of small and midsize partnerships, whose proper classification is crucial to the sample of returns, which are used to estimate a population of more than two million returns.

This is not a request for competitive proposals. Request for copies of this solicitation will not be honored unless the respondent provides evidence showing their capability to perform the required services. Any responsible source who can provide the above requirement shall submit written quotations no later than 7 calendar days from the posted date of this announcement. Organizations submitting quotes should address the cost of membership fee and a description of the services/materials the fee includes; service (and related costs) that are available but not limited to membership fee; listing of reference materials maintained by the organization (research and completed studies); description of corporate history, mission, and organization membership. Quotes should also include references, Federal Tax ID Number and DUNS number if available. Award will be based on price and other factors. All quotes shall include price(s), a POC (name and telephone number); GSA contract number if applicable; and payment terms.
