The contractor shall provide one hopper assembly for an Elgin Street Sweeper, part number EL1071110, painted white. Delivery shall be to Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JBMDL). F3A39G4217AW02
This is a commercial acquisition. This requirement will be issued as Full and Open competition under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 423830 Industrial Machinery and Equipment Merchant Wholesalers and the related small business size standard 100. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number and register in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to transact business with the Department of Defense (DOD). Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in the SAM may result in the delay of award of contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who is registered in the SAM at the time of award. The solicitation will be issued on or about 17 September 2014. The entire solicitation will be made available only on Federal Business Opportunities at www.fedbizopps.gov. Paper copies will not be made available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the website frequently for any updates/amendments to this solicitation.
