This notice is being publicized in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101 requiring Contracting Officers to disseminate information for proposed contract actions expected to exceed $25,000.    In accordance with FAR Clause 13.104 Promoting Competition three vendors have been contacted and the lowest priced quote was accepted.

Therefore it is intended an order be placed with International Surveillance Technology for a quantity of 23 Hotel/Motel Kits Dual Band (L-Band-S-Band) microwave with VHF capabilities, with hard drive with monitor, AC & DC Powered internal battery, cables, and antennas in the amount of $310,477.  

As a result of these actions by DEA International Surveillance Technology is determined to offer the products required at the least cost to the government.
