This notice is being publicized in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101 requiring Contracting Officers to disseminate information for proposed contract actions expected to exceed $25,000.  The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has conducted a competition in accordance with FAR 13.104.  As a result of this competition International Surveillance Technology provided the lowest price for offerors submitting their quotations. 

The intended order will be for 40 Hotel/Motel Kits with microwave receiver, single 100GB hard drive, one monitor, single time date generator, with VHF, all contained in 1200 series Pelican case, 120 VAC, 12 VDC and VDC and internal battery.  L-Band & S-Band 1700 - 1850 & 2200-2300 MHz, and shipping.

In accordance with FAR 13.5 the DEA intends to make award to International Surveillance Technology.
