The Department of Law Enforcement is seeking to rent an apartment to house employees from the neighbor islands who are participating in the Department Law Enforcement Recruit Class to become Deputy Sheriffs. The Apartment should be near the downtown, Iwilei area, or within close driving distance (Waikiki, Salt Lake). The Department is looking to enter into a 6-12 month lease to begin May 1, 2024 and continue for 6 to 12 months for the following apartment, cottage, dorm: 2 Bedrooms 1-2 Bathrooms 1 Parking stall Full Kitchen The Department would prefer utilities to be included, but is flexible. The Department would retain the services of a cleaning company to clean the unit 2 or more times each month. This can be included in the rent if part of the rental contract.
