This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(ii) The solicitation, FA5270-10-Q-M088 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ)
(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) __2005-43___.
(iv) This procurement is being issued as FIRM FIXED PRICE, and NOT set-aside. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS)code is 339920

(i) Technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement;
(ii) Price;
