Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility intends to award a contract to Rix Industries to perform HPAC troubleshooting. Rix Industries is the OEM and is uniquely qualified to perform this type of work onboard naval 774 class submarines while meeting military/Navy's standards and expectations. Additionally, Rix has proprietary knowledge and special tooling to facilitate troubleshooting and repairs and has repair/replacement parts readily available for use.
