Solicitation N0042118Q0381  is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This action will be conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and FAR Part 13.   The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to award the proposed purchase order on a Brand Name basis for HPE, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b).

This procurement is a total set-aside for small business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6.

All responding vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.  This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov/vendor.cfm.

The Government intends to award this on a Full and Open basis. All interested parties MUST submit a brand name quote no later than 12:00pm Eastern Standard Time, May 18, 2018. The Government will consider quotes from all responsible sources with the capability to provide the  product cited. Vendor MUST provide product in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and signed copy page of SF-18, along with company provided quote; Items must be covered under the Manufacturer’s Warranty; Used or refurbished items will not be accepted.  Award will be made on an all or none basis.  All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to [email protected]
