This is a notice of intent to issue a contract to DoApp, Inc. 3908 HUNTINGTON  LN NW ROCHESTER  MN 55901-4127, on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible  Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).  The proposed procurement is to provide a commercial, off-the-shelf solution to provide a tablet/smartphone app to deliver multiple streams of news, photography and video to our audience.  See attached, redacted Justification & Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition.

This announcement  constitutes the only notice; a written solicitation will not be issued. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to perform by responding to this notice by the specified closing date. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received by the closing date specified in this notice.  A determination  by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
