Market data received from multiple surveys to determine a job value, define the market-based positioning of a job family and adjust the grade structure (ranges) to be more competitive with the marketplace. NYPA is seeking software management and implementation services to enhance and extend capabilities in the following areas: user friendly compensation market data dashboards, automated survey submission, benchmarking and job analysis , internal and external pay equity analysis (DEI), and job description collaboration and management.
