The U.S. Southern Command has a requirement for Human Rights Initiative Secretariat Non-Personal Services. The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Year of 12 months and four (4) 12-month option years. This will be an unrestricted procurement under NAICS Code 813311. It is the Government's intent to issue a Firm-Fixed Price type contract resulting from this requirement. This announcement constitutes the synopsis.
