The key objective of this project is to replace existing HR systems with a fit for purpose integrated HCM system which will support the modernization of the function and practice of human resource management (HRM) within the CIG by; • Improving CIG’s ability to undertake a full range of HR & Payroll functions including Talent Management (Workforce planning, succession planning, talent management), learning and development (L&D and qualifications), performance management, recruitment and time & attendance • Improving utilization of HR professionals time on “value-added” rather than administrative activities • Improving real-time HR data accessibility for decision making at all levels • Improving the user experience for current and perspective employees
