The Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs (ICE) Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ) Dallas, TX 75247, intends to solicit from a single source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) to Ernst & Young for customized Simon Sinek leadership training for HSI San Jose and HSI San Antonio. This 2-day training will occur during the month September for each location. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available based on licensing agreements and the exclusive relationship between Simon Sinek and Ernst & Young.
