Subject: Notice of Intent to Sole Source - John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University

The Massachusetts National Guard (MA NG) intends to award on a sole source basis IAW FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii) to the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University
for services associated with planning, performing, and hosting 2018 Professional Military Education, as mandated to MA NG Homeland Security Institute by Chief of National Guard Bureau (CNGB).

The period of performance shall be 24-27 April 2018 and one (1) five-day period scheduled for late September 2018, with firm dates TBD.

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. Responsible, interested parties may identify their interest by submitting capability information, in writing, by Friday, March 9 2018 at 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time to the above noted POCs. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the firm's ability to provide the stated capability.

Responses will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Justification of the above contract action will be made publically available in accordance with the requirements at FAR 6.305(a).
