The Army is in the process of upgrading Home Station Mission
Command Centers (HSMCC) in support of Distributed Mission Command
capabilities. This phased effort was initiated through modeling activities designed to
develop metrics and methodologies for future operational considerations.
The next phase of HSMCC will be awarded through GSA Alliant GWAC. Current
plans are to hold an Industry Day for GSA Alliant primes and their partners
only, on 11 May 2017 at Ft. Belvoir.

The Army is in the process of upgrading Home Station Mission
Command Centers (HSMCC) in support of Distributed Mission Command
capabilities. This phased effort was initiated through modeling activities designed to
develop metrics and methodologies for future operational considerations.
The next phase of HSMCC will be awarded through GSA Alliant GWAC. The USG
intends to release a substantive draft Request for Delivery Order Proposal
(RFDOP) on or about 7 April 2017. The intent is for all interested parties to
submit, questions, comments and or recommendations that will be
utilized to further develop the final RFDOP. Current plans are to hold an
Industry Day for GSA Alliant primes and their partners only, on 11 May 2017 at
Ft. Belvoir, VA.
