THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY AND NOT A SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) DOCUMENT. QUOTES ARE NOT BEING SOLICITED OR ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME. CONTRACTORS SHOULD FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW. This contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with the Original Equipment Manufacturer's (OEM's) North American distributor for the HU25 aircraft, Dassault Falcon Jet, 200 Riser Road, Little Ferry, NJ 07643 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 to furnish on an as required basis the services of a field service representative for the HU25 aircraft systems and components. The period of performance shall be 1 October through 30 December 2009. The necessary drawings, specifications, service bulletins, manuals, and repair/overhaul procedures are proprietary to the OEM and not otherwise available to the Coast Guard through any other source. The Coast Guard can only provide U. S. Coast Guard specific documents.
