This requirement is being solicited as full and open competition.  

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is seeking to establish a contract with the purpose of hull inspections at the Locks located in Sault Ste Marie, Michigan.  

Please carefully review the attached solicitation for a detailed description of the requirement and the procedures for submitting questions and offers.  The 52.212-1 addendum section of the solicitation provides procedures and deadlines for submitting questions in response to this solicitation.  Please note all questions must be received in writing via email to the emails provided in the instructions by the date and time stated.  Questions received after the stated date and time will not be answered.  Questions will not be accepted or answered through phone calls and must be sent in writing.
