Downloads of this dataset of approximately 200,000 human genome mutations is required to build a custom bioinformatics pipeline for the analysis of human genomic or exome sequences of all patients enrolled in NIAID clinical protocols at the NIH clinical center. This data helps in the identification of genomic DNA mutations known to cause disease in humans, and will assist in the discovery of novel mutations and genetic variants.
The statutory authority for this sole source requirement is 41 U.S.C. 1901 (a) (1) as implemented by FAR 13.106-1 only one responsible source and no other supply of service will satisfy agency requirements.
