THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTATIONS ARE BEING REQUESTED, AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-76, effective August 25, 2014. The non-manufacturer rule applies to this solicitation. Quoters must supply a product that their small business has manufactured or supply the product of a manufacturer that is a small business in accordance with the NAICS code identified. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 325413 - In-Vitro Diagnostic Substance Manufacturing - with a small business size standard of 500 employees.
