Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), The Technical College System of Georgia on behalf of Columbus Technical College is issuing this electronic Request for Quote (eRFQ to request quotes for a qualified supplier who can provide an Hunter Tire Equipment or Brand Equal to Columbus Technical College (hereinafter, ¿the State Entity¿) as further described in this eRFQ. ¿ Bidders must be authorized by the manufacturer to sell and service the system being proposed. Proof of this authorization may be required prior to the bid being awarded. ¿ Bidder must provide a brochure or data w/cut sheet of proposed unit. These materials will be used to determine if the model being proposed meets the required specifications posted within the bid. ¿ Bidder must quote all items & services requested to be eligible for award including any associated cost for onsite installation, setup, training, shipping and delivery. All required bid submission documents must be uploaded to the Team Georgia Marketplace bid event prior to 2:00 p.m. on December 20, 2019.
