The FBI intends to make a single sole source award to Immerse Xtended Reality Inc for the purchase of two SKYLORD/GRIFFON drone systems for a total price of $75,000.  This posting will serve as the only notice of this contract action.

Required is a hunter capture drone system which physically intercepts nefarious drones in mid-air.  The operating platform must allow for any operator without drone flight experience to operate successfully.  A limited amount of funding is available for this product, and the Skylord/Griffon has been identified as the only commercially available product that meets the requirements at a reasonable cost.  Please see the attached justification for further details.

Should any vendor offer a product of equal capability at a similar or lower cost, a technical capability statement may be emailed to Contracting Officer Jenny M. Knight at [email protected] by Friday, July 2, 2021, at 4:00pm CST.  Provided information will be evaluated to determine if a competitive solicitation may be conducted.
