Sealed bids will be received on November 16, 2023 at 10:00 A.M. by the Town of Grand Isle (TOGI), at the Town of Grand Isle located at 170 Ludwig Lane, in Grand Isle, Louisiana until 10:00 A.M. All bids will be publicly open and read aloud upon completion of administrative tasks at the Grand Isle Multiplex Center, 3101 Hwy 1, Grand Isle, LA 70358 after 2:00 P.M. Project Name: Hurricane Ida Damages Restoration – Baseball & Softball Field (Phase III) Project Description: The project consists of all equipment, labor, and materials required to construct baseball/softball dugout canopies with concrete slabs, composite wood benches in the dugouts, bleacher canopies with concrete slabs, metal bleachers, drainage excavation, and installation of owner supplied, 75’ long timber light poles (poles only; no electrical wiring). Bids must be submitted on the Louisiana Uniform Public Works Bid Form furnished with the Bidding Documents. A single set of Bidding Documents shall be issued at the cost of reproduction to contractors who are licensed by the Licensing Board of Contractors. This Project shall require a Louisiana Contractors license number for one of the following: Building Construction.
