Sealed bids will be received on Wednesday, September 13, 2023 by the Town of Grand Isle (TOGI), at the Town of Grand Isle located at 170 Ludwig Lane, in Grand Isle, Louisiana until 2:00 P.M. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud upon completion of administrative tasks at the Grand Isle Multiplex Center, 3101 Hwy 1, Grand Isle, LA 70358 after 2:00 PM on Wednesday, September 13, 2023. Bid documents are posted on Central Bidding. To view these, download, and receive bid notices by e-mail, you must register with Central Bidding. Each bid shall be either hand delivered by the bidder or his agent, or such bid shall be sent by United States Postal Service registered or certified mail with a return receipt requested, or shall be submitted electronically with Central Bidding. Project Name: Hurricane Ida Damages Restoration Town Hall Repairs Project Description: The project consists of the restoration of the Town Hall building that was damaged during Hurricane Ida. Bids must be submitted on the Louisiana Uniform Public Works Bid Form furnished with the Bidding Documents. A single set of Bidding Documents shall be issued at the cost of reproduction to contractors who are licensed by the Licensing Board of Contractors. This Project shall require a Louisiana Contractors license number for one of the following: Building Construction.
