The work includes replacing 17 heat exchangers and burner assemblies (including the Tray and Logs) on two buildings.  You will also need to replace 8 old thermostat controllers, sensors, and non-shielded wire in one building with 8 new thermostat controllers and sensors using shielded wire.  A pre-bid meeting will take place on Wednesday, January 14, 2009 at 9:00 am, at which time a Scope of Work and all necessary material will be handed out.  It is mandatory that you attend this meeting to have your bid considered.
