Request for Qualifications and Proposals (RFQ&P) No. 367 South Orange County Community College District (District) is inviting proposals from Architectural firms to provide professional architectural services for the following project: HVAC and Roofing for A200 and PAC Buildings at Irvine Valley College The District intends to award a contract for the project on or about January 13, 2020. The selected team will work with the campus and District facilities committee, take an active leadership role in the entire process, make presentations to the Board of Trustees when scheduled, and provide associated deliverables. The documents are also available online at www.socccd.edu at the Bids link. Mandatory Pre-proposal Meeting: There will be a mandatory pre-proposal meeting at 10:00 AM, Thursday, December 5, 2019 at Irvine Valley College, A100 Building, President’s Conference Room A123, 5500 Irvine Center Drive, Irvine, CA 92618. All RFQ&P respondents shall confirm their attendance by email to [email protected] by 5:00 PM on Tuesday, December 3, 2019. The subject line should read: "RFQ&P 367 Pre-Proposal Meeting Confirmation." A parking permit will be provided to those firms who confirm attendance. A map showing the meeting location is included with the RFQ&P document available online. Physical presence is not required. A call in number will be provided prior to the meeting day to those who confirm attendance. Any proposer that does not attend the entire conference and/or does not arrive on-time may be deemed non-responsive. Questions / Requests for Information (RFI) Any and all questions to this RFQ&P must be sent via email to the attention of Priya Jerome, Executive Director of Procurement, Risk Management and Central Services, at [email protected] no later than 5:00 PM, Tuesday, December 3, 2019. Proposal Due Date and Time: December 18, 2019 at 12:00 PM Proposals Shall be Submitted via Email (No Hard Copy Required) to: [email protected] The selection process may include interviews (if necessary). The District reserves the right to reject any or all submittals or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any proposals. No proposer may withdraw any proposal for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days after the submission deadline.
