This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation: W912JV-17-Q-7015 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). All solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2(a). The NAICS code is 333415 and the small business size standard is 1,250 EMP. The following commercial items are requested:

The contractor will be required to provide and install the following items in support of Base Civil Engineer's office installation of a new Air Conditioning unit:
• Approximately 90 Linear Feet of 20x12 metal OSA, RA, and SA ducting to include 3 bends.
• Liner in SA and RA duct for noise
• 2" duct wrap on OSA ducting
• 2 Supply grill and short flex ducts
• 1 return grill

The contractor will also be required to provide, but NOT install, a Carrier 24AHA448-5, 4-ton 14 SEER horizontal air conditioner (Or Equal) 230/ 3 phase with FZ4048 2 speed fan coil. With field installed Crankcase heater (factory installed Hi/Lo press switches), and 85' of refrigerant lineset.

Proposal submitted by another firm on behalf of a company with the intention of being award "care of" will not be accepted. Award will be based on lowest price technically acceptable.
