The USDA, ARS, Western Regional Research Center, Albany, California has a requirement for hybridoma cell lines that make specific monoclonal antibodies for an on-going joint research project with the Department of Homeland Security. The Government intends to negotiate with the only known responsible source for these particular cell lines, Personalized Bioinformatics, in continuing this research project. A solicitation is not available for this notice.
