SCOPE: It is the intent of this formal Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSOQ) to receive statements from qualified Prospective Proponents for the Hydrogen Fueling Project at the Sunset Maintenance Facility (SMF). The scope of services shall include, but not limited to, providing the design/construction administration, scope development design reviews, all design activities, construction cost evaluation and providing construction assistance. FEDERAL FUNDS: This project is being funded with 65% federal funds. Proponents are required to submit the Federal Conditions forms as part of the RFSOQ response and document submission. The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) has established a mandatory SBE goal of 10.7% of the contract amount.
