This is a Sources Sought advertisement. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District intends to issue a procurement for an evaluation of the operation practices of the three hydroelectric power plants on the Savannah River. The goal of the study is to explore options for increased efficiency through automation upgrades and/or remote operation while assuring that plant safety, reliability, and availability requirements are still met. Interested firms should have 221111 among their approved NAICS Codes. All interested contractors have until November 7, 2011 at 2:00 PM (EST) to submit your company’s name and business size.
