Note: If you have already provided a quote for Amendment 0002 on the updated Amendment 0002 Document and this change does not materially change your quote, a new quote is not required as a result of this Amendment 0003. If you would like to update and resubmit your quote based on this change you may do so until the closing time of this RFQ utilizing the updated Amendment 0003 RFQ Document.

The purpose of this amendment is to:
1. Correct a specification change from the previous amendment. The Adjustable Stainless Fluid Relief Valve has been reduced to 10,000 psi max for this Hydrostatic Tester requirement.
2. Extend the due date of the solicitation until 30 August 2018 at 2:00p.m. EDT, for offerors to respond to this information.
