1.1 B3 Solutions LLC, in support of the Department of State (DoS) Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs Office of Aviation (INL/A) is seeking information on the feasibility and associated cost of installing and utilizing a Hyper-Spectral Camera on aircraft operated by the Mexican Air Force as identified by the US Embassy-Mexico.
2.0 Background
B3 Solutions LLC, acting on behalf of the Department of State, INL/A is conducting market research regarding the feasibility of purchasing and installing a Hyper-Spectral Camera on Mexican Air Force aircraft. There are up to two (2) aircraft located in Mexico.

3.2. Your response must provide the data requested below:
3.2.1. Name, mailing address, phone number and e-mail of designated point of contact.
3.2.2 Please answer the following questions:
i. What type of Hyper Spectral Camera do you offer that meets the requirements above? (Note: DOS (INL/A) does not want any structural modifications to the aircraft)
ii. Please provide technical specifications for each option to include installation description
iii. Experience in utilizing offered camera option and the results
iv. Time (man-hours) required to install each camera on aircraft (Fixed & Rotary Wing)?
v. Can it be installed at forward locations, currently in Mexico?
vi. Can the camera be transferred between aircrafts?
vii. What is the total estimated price for purchasing the camera and any non-structural installation kit and related shipping cost to Mexico?
