Overview : The Spotlight Initiative in Jamaica is looking to engage an individual consultant to assist in providing technology tools and training to implement a comprehensive Conflict Early Warning Detection, Proactive Violence Response and Prevention system – to capture, predict and assess data for early detection and proactive response to violence including violence against women and girls. The consultant will report directly to the Officer in Charge, Programmes Unit. However, day-today management of the consultancy will be led by the Spotlight Programme Officer and technical officers of the Jamaica Constabulary Force.
