The purpose of this amendment is to post responses to the following vendor questions:

Q1) Is there an incumbent contractor currently performing services.
A1) No.

Q2) The line item schedule begins with page 3, though the base and four options years are present on the listed pages. Is this just a page numbering mistake or is something missing?
A2) The pages are misnumbered. There is no missing information.

Q3) Does the manpower reporting on the line item schedule require a unit price and amount?
A3) Contractor Manpower Reporting is a Not Separately Priced CLIN. See revised Line Item Schedule.

Q4) Do you know the poundage of each item in the bid (barracks bags, laundry bags, Joint Service Lightweight Integrated Suit Technology (JSLIST) suit jackets and trousers, rags, huck towels, and head harnesses)?
A4) The weights for the items is as follows:
-JSLIST Suit (Top and Bottom), approx 6 lb.
-Head harness, 2oz
-Barrack Bag, approx 2 lb.
-Laundry Bag, approx 8 lb.
-Huck Towel, 2 lb.
-Rag, 1 lb.

Q5) Is it possible to obtain a spec for each item that includes the item weight?
A5) Weights are provided in A4 above. There are no MILSPECs for these items.

The due date for receipt of quotes is extended to 11:00 am Eastern on Friday 25 August 2017.
