SCOOP, ICE CREAM, MECHANICAL:  Shall have the following characteristics:

 Item 1a/1b.  6 scoops per quart, white handle/end, Capacity - 4.4 - 5.5 fl. Oz.
Materials.  All metal parts of the ice cream scoop shall be fabricated from a 300 or 400 series corrosion-resisting steel in accordance with ASTM A 167 or A 276.  The handle material shall be a thermosetting plastic, nylon, or polypropylene.

Item 2.    12 scoops per quart  Orange or Green handle/end
Capacity - 2.6 - 3.2 fl. Oz.
Materials.  All metal parts of the ice cream scoop shall be fabricated from a 300 or 400 series corrosion-resisting steel in accordance with ASTM A 167 or A 276.  The handle material shall be a thermosetting plastic, nylon, or polypropylene.

This procurement is for ice cream sccops shown above to be delivered to the Burlington, NJ  Depot.  Ice Cream Scoops shall be IAW Item Purchase Descriptions located in the RFQ.  If intrested in submiting an offer, you will need to download the RFQ attached to this notice.
