The purpose of this amendment is clarify the following:

1. It is desired for the demilitarization to be completed by the end of 2024. If that is not attainable, the U.S. Government request all interested parties identify how many assets could be demilitarized by the end of 2024.

2. The use of existing demilitarization facilities is acceptable. However, the U.S. Government will not assist in any agreements to use current facilities or land.
